Returns

  • You have fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Returned items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all tags attached.
  • To ensure a smooth return process, please have your original receipt or proof of purchase readily available.

Initiating a Return

  3. Important: Returns sent back without prior authorization via email or WhatsApp will not be accepted.

Important Exceptions

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used or opened skincare products.
  • Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
